Proposal:

Application to demolish the existing conservatory and build a two-storey front extension and a single-storey rear extension with a first-floor rear terrace. The proposal includes altering the roof shape with rear dormers and an increased ridge height, rendering the front, side, and rear elevations, and installing roof lights and a solar array roof.
