Application for a Certificate of Proposed Lawful Development for external changes to a three-storey semi-detached house, including replacing windows on all sides, adding a new kitchen window at the back, widening patio doors at the back, installing new rooflights at the front and back, and adding a new soil vent pipe on the side.
